 We are an Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation participant and, as such, offer the following to Federal Stafford Loan borrowers:
If your college participates in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) and you qualify for a Federal Stafford Loan, you will have to choose a financial institution as your student loan lender. You should not hesitate to choose our institution, even though the college may not promote our institution as a student loan lender.
To select North Star as your lender, simply write our name and lender code on the award letter, financial aid form or Master Promissory Note (MPN) provided to you by the college.
